2) How we use your information

3) Scheduling, client portal, and payments (Time To Pet + Stripe)

Time To Pet (scheduling + client communication)
We use Time To Pet to help manage scheduling, client profiles, service details, and messaging/updates. Information you submit through our forms or client portal may be processed through Time To Pet to provide our services. Time To Pet’s handling of data is governed by their policies.

Stripe (payment processing)
We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay by card, your payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Stripe may process transaction and device-related data to provide payment services and for fraud prevention and security.

4) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.


We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

  • Time To Pet (scheduling, client portal, communication)

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • website hosting/analytics providers and other vendors who support operations (IT, bookkeeping, etc.)

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud.

5) Text messages and email

If you choose text as a contact method, we may text you about scheduling, service updates, and support.

You can opt out of non-essential texts at any time by replying “STOP” and/or by contacting us. We honor opt-out requests communicated through reasonable channels. Standard messaging rates may apply.

6) Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work properly and understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

7) Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
