3) Scheduling, client portal, and payments (Time To Pet + Stripe)
Time To Pet (scheduling + client communication)
We use Time To Pet to help manage scheduling, client profiles, service details, and messaging/updates. Information you submit through our forms or client portal may be processed through Time To Pet to provide our services. Time To Pet’s handling of data is governed by their policies.
Stripe (payment processing)
We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay by card, your payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Stripe may process transaction and device-related data to provide payment services and for fraud prevention and security.
4) How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

If you choose text as a contact method, we may text you about scheduling, service updates, and support.
You can opt out of non-essential texts at any time by replying “STOP” and/or by contacting us. We honor opt-out requests communicated through reasonable channels. Standard messaging rates may apply.
