Accessibility Statement

Pet Care Club of Lake Norman–Concord is committed to welcoming and serving all clients, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide full and equal access to our services and communication, consistent with applicable law, including the North Carolina Persons with Disabilities Protection Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our commitment

We believe pet care should be accessible, respectful, and easy to use. If you need an accommodation to request or receive our services, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Website accessibility

We work to make our website usable for as many people as possible, including those using assistive technologies. Our goal is to follow commonly accepted accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1 AA) and to improve accessibility over time.

If you experience difficulty viewing or using any part of our website, please let us know. We can provide information in an alternative format (for example, by phone or email), and we can help you complete forms or schedule services in a way that works for you.

Service animals

Service animals are welcome where required by law. For clarity, service animals are generally dogs (and in some cases miniature horses) trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

How to request an accommodation or report an issue

If you need an accommodation or encounter a barrier on our website, contact us and tell us:

  • what you were trying to do (book, read a page, submit a form, etc.)

  • what device/browser you were using (if relevant)

  • the best way to reach you

Call or text: (704) 493-1959
Email: holly.merkel@petcareclublnc.com

We aim to respond as quickly as possible and will do our best to address accessibility concerns promptly.

Third-party content

Some pages may include third-party tools (maps, scheduling, forms, or payment processors). If any third-party feature is not fully accessible, we will offer an alternative way to access the same information or service.
